File Specifications

Subject	Info
Supply Via	CD, DVD, Camera Card, Memory Stick, Email, FTP Online Orders.
Format	JPEG or TIFF. TIFFs are to be 8 bit, flattened and saved as IBM PC with no LZW compression. However inkjet printers accept 16 bit colour depth.
Colour Mode	sRGB or Adobe 1998 - ROES orders sRGB only
Image Size	100% of final print size.
PPI	300
PhotoshopFiles	Must have no Layers, no Paths and no Alpha Channels and saved as JPEG or TIFF as above.
Naming	File names must be short with no special characters and include the file extension name e.g. Sunset.jpg
Colour Manage	Colour Management information is available on our website and must be in place for some services
CMYK	Exact reproduction of CMYK or Pantone colours is not guaranteed as we print using RGB.
Trimming Guides	Please add a 1mm black keyline around files for trimming on Premium and Fine Art services.
Large Files	We have found no advantage in using files larger than 400mb. Therefore please do not exeed 400mb.
