ROES Instructions
For First Time Users

Roes Main Page: ![]() A - My Information - Enter your personal details in My Information. B - Catalogs - Click Catalogs to select the service you require. C - Select A Product - Select the item relating to the service you require. D - Choose Your Images - Navigate to and load your (jpeg) images. E - Crop Your Images (window) - Main window showing current image loaded. (drag & drop images from right window pane into this window pane) F - Crop Your Images (tools) - Select quantity, cropping etc G - Select Options - Select additional options relating to the service (catalogue) chosen. H - Page Buttons (shows on all pages) - There are three pages within ROES. Sizes and Images: Where you create your orders (this page) Review Order: Where you review your orders and enter further details Queue: Where you view queued and previous orders. STEP 1 Enter your information (name, account number and email). Casual users can use their name as the account number. Account customers can ask us for their PCL account number. Details can be amended at any time by clicking My Information. ![]() STEP 2 Find the service you require by clicking Catalogs ![]() STEP 3 Select the relevant item for the service required in the window pane located top left (under Select a Product). *Separate orders must be created for different catalogs/services ![]() STEP 4 Click on Folder, located bottom right, to load and select your images. Images must be in a folder and saved as jpegs. ![]() STEP 5 Drag and drop your image from the right window pane into the middle window pane. Use the tools below the main window pane to zoom, crop, and rotate etc. If you have an image that requires full frame (no cropping), select the Crop or Fit box, to make your full image fit within the sheet size. If you require multiple images with the same border and print size, simply select the ones you want and “drag & drop” them into the middle window pane. The same printing options will then be applied to all of them. ![]() STEP 6 Select additional options for printing, relevant to each service, in the bottom left window pane. ![]() STEP 7 When you are happy with your choices, click Add to Order. Repeat the process until all your images are added. *Separate orders must be created for different catalogs/services ![]() STEP 8 When you have finished adding your images, click Review Order. ![]() STEP 9 In the Review Order Page, select paper type, date required and shipping instructions. Special Instructions can be added by clicking Instructions. If you need to make changes at this stage, click Edit beside the thumbnail in question. Once changes are made, click Save to commit the changes, then Review Order to return to this page. ![]() STEP 10 Click Show Order to do a final check of your order. Print this page for your records. ![]() ![]() STEP 11 Click Complete Order to proceed with sending your order to us. ![]() STEP 12 Select the method in which you would like to send your order. Please note sending via the internet will not work if you have your computer’s firewall enabled. You will need to temporarily disable your firewall to enable sending/uploading. You can save the order to disc if the order is particularly large to save on long uploading times. Click Next ![]() STEP 13 Select payment method. Lab account holders need to have pre-approved credit facilities with us. Click Next ![]() STEP 14 As well as this screen to the right, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your order may have had an error. Check if you have a firewall on your computer, as this may prevent your order from sending. If so, disable the firewall. ![]() STEP 15 Click Quit to exit or Sizes and Images to place another order. New Orders can be placed while another order is uploading.
